Most bugs are not new
A bug that shows up on Monday usually has a cousin from last quarter. When your agent has the earlier report and the change that fixed it, it starts from a working answer instead of from zero.
Grouped, not guessed
Reports about the same problem are grouped, so five people hitting the same error look like one problem with five reporters. SnagRelay groups; it does not decide what is a duplicate and close it for you.
History for the agent
get_related_history returns similar past bugs and the changes that fixed them, over MCP. The agent reads them next to the current report.
Close the loop with the reporter
When the agent calls mark_issue_resolved, the person who reported the bug gets a "fixed" email. The agent does not have to remember to write one.
How long reports stay in history depends on your plan. See pricing.
