Automatic, not manual
The moment someone clicks the SnagRelay widget, the full HD screenshot is grabbed automatically — no "take a screenshot, attach it manually" step. The reporter immediately gets a lightweight annotation layer: highlight, arrow, freehand draw, or redact sensitive areas before anything leaves the browser.
Privacy by default
SnagRelay never captures passwords or credit card fields. Reporters can manually redact any region before submitting. Sensitive data stays in the browser.
Delivered inline, not as a file attachment
The annotated screenshot is embedded directly in the ticket description — developers see it immediately without downloading anything. For complex pages with iframes or canvas renders, the optional Chrome extension ensures pixel-perfect capture every time.
