See what the user did, not a description of it
The widget keeps a short rolling buffer of what happened on the page: the cursor, every click, scroll, form input and navigation. When someone clicks report, the buffer is attached. Developers watch the moments before the problem instead of reading a description of it.
Error moment marked
When a JS error fires or a request fails, that moment is marked on the replay timeline, so you jump straight to it instead of scrubbing through normal usage.
Your agent gets the steps
A coding agent cannot watch a replay. SnagRelay turns it into repro steps, and get_issue_context returns them over MCP together with the element, the errors and the requests.
Privacy
Password fields and card inputs are masked. You can mask more elements in the project settings.
No extra setup
Replay uses the same script tag as everything else. How many seconds the buffer keeps depends on your plan. See pricing.
