When session replay isn't enough
Session replay reconstructs the DOM from events — great for click sequences, bad for visual glitches. A flickering animation, a race-condition layout shift, or a WebGL canvas break won't show up in a DOM replay. A 60-second HD video will.
Automatic, silently recorded
The widget records screen activity in the background from the moment the reporter opens the page. When they submit, the video is compressed and attached to the ticket automatically. No screen recording software, no external tool.
Use both
Session replay is always attached. Video is the complement — use it for bugs that are inherently visual and can't be conveyed by a click sequence alone.
