Marker.io is one of the most-cited visual feedback tools on the market. It has a broad integration list: Jira, GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, Basecamp, Shortcut, Teamwork, Wrike, Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, Zapier, and more. If you need an integration, Marker.io probably has it.
But there's one thing it can't do — and it's the thing teams with mixed-tool stacks need most.
Marker.io's one-destination constraint
Each Marker.io project connects to one destination. You pick Jira, or you pick Asana. If your dev team is on Jira and your content team is on Asana, you need two separate Marker.io projects — two widgets to install, two sets of configurations to maintain, and users need to know which one to use.
This is a known limitation. There is a feature request on Marker.io's own feedback board titled "Add same Integration project multiple times" — asking for the ability to route one Marker.io project to multiple destinations simultaneously. It has been marked as partially addressed (you can now have multiple Marker.io projects pointing to the same Jira project) but routing a single project to Jira AND Asana at the same time is not supported.
SnagRelay's approach
SnagRelay was built with multi-destination routing as a first-class feature. You connect Jira, Asana, Trello, and any other supported tool to the same project. Then you define routing rules by feedback type: dev exceptions → Jira, content tasks → Asana, client feedback → Trello.
Each integration has its own OAuth connection and field mapping. A Jira ticket and an Asana task created from the same SnagRelay project can have completely different structures. Reports are routed when they arrive — automatically, with no manual forwarding.

When Marker.io makes sense
Marker.io is a mature tool with excellent integration breadth and a polished UI. If your whole team works in one tool and you need a wide list of supported integrations, it is a solid choice. It also has a strong WordPress plugin and browser extension story.
When SnagRelay makes sense
SnagRelay is the better fit when your team spans multiple tools and you need feedback routed automatically to each one. It also includes AI triage and duplicate detection that Marker.io doesn't have natively, and it starts at a significantly lower price.
